AI Integrated Systems Architects

We architect the AI systems your business actually runs on.

Automate Arabia is a senior engineering team for operators in the UAE, KSA and the wider Gulf. We design custom AI agents, automation, and data infrastructure end-to-end — discovery to deployment — so your ops stop running on glue, screenshots, and goodwill.

Trusted by operators across UAE, KSA, and the wider Gulf.

What we build

Systems, not features.

Six core practice areas. Every engagement combines whatever the problem actually needs — we don't sell categories, we ship outcomes.

  • AI Agents & Copilots

Domain-trained agents that handle real work — not chatbots that quote your FAQ back at you.

    What you get
    • Sales copilots wired into your CRM
    • Support agents with full ticket context
    • Internal research and ops assistants
    Ready
  • Workflow Automation

We map the manual loops that drain your team and replace them with reliable, observable pipelines.

    What you get
    • Lead routing and enrichment
    • Document intake, parsing and approvals
    • Cross-platform sync for finance and ops
    Ready
  • Voice AI Systems

Inbound, outbound, and in-app voice — Arabic and English — built for real call volume, not a demo reel.

    What you get
    • AI receptionists and qualification calls
    • Outbound follow-up and reactivation
    • Live agent assist with real-time transcription
    Ready
  • Data & Analytics Pipelines

If your dashboards lie or your data lives in seven tabs, we fix that. Pipelines, warehousing, and the reporting layer on top.

    What you get
    • Unified customer and revenue data
    • ETL between ERPs, CRMs and warehouses
    • Operator dashboards that survive Monday morning
    Ready
  • Internal Tools & Dashboards

The custom software your team has been faking with spreadsheets. Built lean, deployed in weeks.

    What you get
    • Ops portals and admin consoles
    • Approval and review workflows
    • Field-team apps and back-office tools
    Ready
  • Enterprise Integrations

We get along with the systems you already paid for. SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Zoho, custom legacy — all of it.

    What you get
    • ERP and CRM bridges
    • Identity, SSO and audit-ready logging
    • Migrations from brittle in-house glue
    Ready
How we work

Four phases. No theatre.

Every engagement runs the same arc, whether it's a single agent or a region-wide rollout. You always know what we're doing and why.

  1. Discovery & Audit

We sit with your team, watch the actual work, and map where time, money, and attention are leaking. The output is a written diagnosis, not a sales pitch.

    Outputs
    • Operations and data audit
    • Opportunity map with ROI ranges
    • Written recommendations
  2. Architecture & Blueprint

We design the system on paper before we touch a keyboard. Stack choices, data flow, integration points, security posture, ownership — all settled before week one of build.

    Outputs
    • Solution architecture document
    • Stack and vendor recommendations
    • Phased delivery plan with milestones
  3. Build & Integrate

Our engineers build, integrate, and instrument. You get weekly demos, working code in staging, and a single point of contact who actually understands what's happening underneath.

    Outputs
    • Production-grade implementation
    • Integration with existing systems
    • Internal documentation and runbooks
  4. Deploy & Optimize

We ship it, watch it, and tune it. Once the system is steady, we hand off cleanly — or stay on as a long-term partner if that's the better answer.

    Outputs
    • Production deployment and monitoring
    • Team enablement and handover
    • Optional ongoing optimization retainer
Why operators choose us

Three things we won't compromise on.

  1. Pillar 01 / 03

    Engineering-firstWe build.

We are engineers who consult, not consultants who outsource the engineering. Every project has a senior architect from day one through deploy. The deck is short. The system is long-lived.

  2. Pillar 02 / 03

    Region-native

We work in Gulf time zones, in Gulf workflows, with the data residency, language, and procurement realities the region actually runs on. We've shipped Arabic-first voice AI and integrated with local payment, identity, and government rails.

  3. Pillar 03 / 03

    Outcome-tiedWhat shipped vs. what changed.

We measure two things on every engagement: what shipped, and what changed in the business because of it. Hours returned, error rates dropped, revenue unlocked. If we can't tie the work to a number, we shouldn't be doing the work.

  • 01 / LOGISTICS & LAST-MILE — RIYADH14 hoursReconciliation time dropped from roughly 14 hours per week to under 2. SLA breaches caught before the customer noticed.

    Logistics group, Riyadh

    The challenge

Three dispatch teams across two cities were manually reconciling driver data, fuel logs, and customer SLAs in shared spreadsheets. Friday nights were a war room.

    What we built

A unified ops layer connecting their TMS, fleet telematics, and finance system, with an internal dashboard and an AI agent for SLA exception handling.

  • 02 / FINANCIAL SERVICES — UAE36 hoursTime to first transaction down to 36 hours. Compliance team grew workload coverage 4x without new hires.

    Series B fintech, UAE

    The challenge

Onboarding involved eleven manual checks across KYC, sanctions, and internal risk policy. Average time to first transaction was nine days.

    What we built

An agent-driven onboarding pipeline with document intelligence, automated risk routing, and a human-in-the-loop console for the compliance team.

  • 03 / HEALTHCARE — DUBAI70%Roughly 70% of inbound calls resolved without a human. Average hold time fell from 4 minutes to under 20 seconds.

    Multi-clinic healthcare group, Dubai

    The challenge

Reception staff across nine clinics were answering the same intake questions all day, in two languages, while patients waited on hold.

    What we built

A bilingual voice AI front desk handling triage, booking, and routing into their existing PMS, with full call transcripts piped to clinic managers.

  • 04 / REAL ESTATE — KSA38%Lead-to-meeting conversion up 38% in the first quarter. Weekly pipeline review shrank from 90 minutes to 20.

    Regional real estate developer, KSA

    The challenge

Sales leads were scattered across portals, brokers, WhatsApp, and a legacy CRM. Reps were working stale lists and the CFO didn't trust the pipeline numbers.

    What we built

A lead unification pipeline, a sales copilot embedded in the CRM, and an executive dashboard the CFO actually opens.

What operators say

The kind of feedback we want.

  • Faisal A.Chief Operating Officer · Logistics group, KSA

“We'd been told 'AI transformation' by three different vendors. Automate Arabia just asked us where the work actually got stuck, then built around it. The system has been live eight months and we haven't had to babysit it.”

  • Mariam Al-HashimiHead of Strategy · Family office, UAE

“I've worked with London and SF firms for years. This was the first team that understood Gulf procurement, Arabic UX, and how a family office actually makes decisions. Refreshing.”

  • Daniel ReyesCTO · Series B fintech, UAE

“They told us, on the second call, that one of the things we wanted to build wasn't worth building. They were right. That alone bought my trust for everything that came after.”

  • Layla K.Head of Compliance · Digital bank, KSA

“Our compliance team was drowning. Now they spend their days on the cases that matter and let the system handle the rest. The handover documentation was the cleanest I've seen.”

  • Dr. Omar SaeedGroup Medical Director · Healthcare network, UAE

“Voice AI in Khaleeji Arabic that doesn't sound like a robot reading a script — I genuinely didn't think we'd get that this year. Patients haven't complained, which is the highest praise we have.”

  • Hannah WhitfieldVP Operations · E-commerce group, UAE

“What I appreciated most is that they wrote down what they wouldn't do. Scope discipline. We finished on time and the bill matched the proposal. I forgot agencies could do that.”

  • Khalid B.Chief Technology Officer · Real estate developer, KSA

“The architecture document they gave us in week two is still the document my new engineers read on day one. That's the standard.”

Reasonable questions

What operators usually ask first.

Still have questions?Book a discovery call
  • Do you work project-based or on retainer?

Both. Most engagements start as a fixed-scope build — typically 6 to 14 weeks — followed by an optional optimization retainer once the system is live. We don't lock anyone into ongoing fees. If your team is ready to own it after handover, we hand it over cleanly.

  • What does an engagement actually cost?

Discovery and architecture engagements typically run from USD 8K to 25K depending on scope. Full builds usually land between USD 40K and 250K, sized to the system. We give you a flat number after discovery — no hourly meters, no surprises.

  • How long until something is in production?

Discovery is two to three weeks. A focused first build — one agent, one workflow, or one integration — is usually live in four to eight weeks after that. Larger multi-system rollouts run three to six months and are shipped in phases, not in one big-bang launch.

  • Can you take over a system someone else built?

Yes, and we do it often. We start with a technical audit of what's there, document it, and give you an honest read on what to keep, refactor, or replace. We've inherited everything from no-code spaghetti to enterprise rollouts that lost their original team.

  • Where does our data live, and how is it secured?

Wherever your compliance team needs it to live. We deploy in your cloud account by default — AWS, Azure, GCP, or local providers like STC Cloud — and follow your data residency, retention, and access policies. We sign NDAs and DPAs as standard and we don't train models on your data.

  • What's your stack?

We're stack-agnostic and opinionated. In practice that means TypeScript and Python for most builds, Postgres and warehouse-grade analytics layers, frontier LLMs from Anthropic, OpenAI, and others where they fit, and whatever orchestration, vector, and integration tooling the problem actually needs. We pick boring, durable choices on purpose.
